Registration
To register for a seminar, call (614) 360-8570 to register by phone, or complete the registration form and fax to (866) 804-8672.
Pre-registration is required for all seminars, and includes lectures, continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and course notes. A certificate of attendance will be issued at the completion of each seminar. Registration is open on a first-come, first-served basis and may close at anytime if the course is filled.
You may cancel your seminar registration at anytime up to one week prior to the first day of the seminar to receive a full refund of the course fee. There will be no refunds on cancellations received within one week of the first day of the seminar, or for no-shows. If the course is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
